Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CreatorOS. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

Your responsibilities

• You must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
• You are solely responsible for the items you auction, your descriptions, and the fulfillment of any sales.
• You may not auction illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, age-restricted, or otherwise prohibited items.
• No gambling, scams, fake bids, shill bidding, misleading auctions, or manipulation of vouches.
• Harassment, hate speech, doxxing, or NSFW content is not allowed and may result in account suspension.

Service availability

CreatorOS provides tools to run live auctions and stream overlays but makes no guarantee of sales, traffic, or revenue. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Vouch abuse

Submitting fake vouches, paying for reviews, or coordinating to mislead buyers is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

Payment & shipping

Unless explicitly built into CreatorOS (e.g. future Stripe integration), payment processing and shipping are the seller's responsibility. CreatorOS is a creator tool and does not facilitate transactions on behalf of either party.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the Service, or harm other users. We will give reasonable notice where possible.

Limitation of liability

CreatorOS is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Not affiliated with TikTok

CreatorOS is an independent creator tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok.
