CreatorOS — TikTok LIVE Auction Board & Creator Tools

This privacy policy explains how CreatorOS ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the CreatorOS dashboard, overlays, and public vouch pages (the "Service").

What we collect

Account data — email, display name, profile photo from your Firebase Authentication provider (Google, Discord, or email/password).
Public TikTok username — used to listen to your public live room. We never ask for or store your TikTok password.
Auction data — items, bids, winners, payment and shipping statuses you choose to record.
Vouch data — buyer username, rating, message, and optional proof images when enabled.
Analytics — aggregated usage metrics for product improvement (e.g. counts of auctions started, page views).
Cookies / local storage — used for authentication, settings persistence, and cross-tab overlay synchronization.

How we use it

To operate, secure, and improve the Service.
To display vouches and seller information you choose to make public.
To provide overlay browser sources you embed in OBS or TikTok LIVE Studio.
To communicate important account or service notices.

What's public

If you enable the public vouch page, the following may appear publicly: your auction board name, TikTok username, approved buyer reviews, and aggregate seller rating. Overlay links may display the auction state, leaderboards, goals, and TTS messages on your stream.

Children & minors

CreatorOS is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a minor has provided personal information, contact us and we'll remove it.

Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@creator-os.app. We do not sell personal data.
